Are you able to help us decide the best package for us?
Of course! All clients are offered a consultation meeting either in person or via video call before booking. You can ask us anything you are unsure of and we will run you through everything included in the packages on offer.
Can we request specific photos we want?
Yes! During your consultation, we will discuss any image requests you have to ensure these are captured on the day.
Do I have to place a deposit in order to book?
A 50% deposit is required in order to book us to cover your wedding day.
The remaining costs can be paid any time, but no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in London, but we photograph weddings all across the UK and are always happy to travel (60miles+ from Central London requires additional travel/hotel costs) Whether you’re planning something local or further afield, including destination celebrations, just let us know the details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can we get copies of the original (RAW) photos?
We do not give out unedited copies of images or RAW files.
The reason for this is to ensure all the images we give to clients are the best they can be, as well as ensure consistency in the quality of work we provide
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We always aim to have your images ready for you as soon as possible. Depending on your chosen package, you will receive a few edited images within 48hrs of your wedding day to share with your loved ones.
For the remaining images, we aim to have these back to you within 4-6 weeks (This will be quicker for smaller ceremonies)
